‘Dunkirk’ – The first look of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming project is here and it is nothing Nolan has done before. We have seen, the director’s last few films grappling with high-tech superheroes, dream manipulation and space travel but his upcoming movie ‘Dunkirk’ is grounded in the gritty history of World War II.
The title itself reveals that it is about the French seaport of ‘Dunkirk’, where 330,000 Allied troops were stranded and were about to perished. Before they can be captured they were evacuated in 1940 during World War II.
Nolan released a short teaser of just 60 seconds, which gives us the clear glimpse of soldiers on the boat. They look terrified and when something approaches from the sky, they all duck together. The teaser is downright chilling and the terror on the faces of the soldiers defines that ‘Dunkirk’ has a lot more to offer.

After watching this powerful teaser, we can’t wait for a full detailed trailer as it will make the plot of the movie more defined. You may have to dig into the history of World War II to understand the movie. Directed by Christopher Nolan, ‘Dunkirk’ arrives on 21 July 2017 in theaters.
